Do You Know Me? Submitted by Dwight Ozment. He says: "It appears to be a studio-posed photo of the type made in the early to mid 1900's. The child appears to be male about 3 years of age. The reverse of the 3-3/4in. X 2-1/4 in. photo has the name 'Seeler [name of studio] Easton, Talbot Co., Md' printed in fancy lettering and the following: 'Negatives preserved. Can be had by sending name and number ____ [blank]'. The photo was in a small, oval-shaped, silver and leather frame. No other identifying information found. It was in the personal effects of Arnold Wesley Ozment, my father, a descendant of Richard and Elizabeth (LeCompte) Ozment, Jr., Talbot Co, MD. Comments and suggestions appreciated."
William L. and Branson C. Ozment Families William L. and Branson C. Ozment were sons of Richard and Susannah Rice Ozment. They moved to Weakley County, TN from Wilson County in the 1850's. William L. Ozment and his second wife are on the left side of the photograph. Branson C. Ozment and his wife Rachael A. Hudgpeth are seated at the far right in the photograph. The lady at the left of the photograph is Celia Ozment, his daughter by 1st wife, Jane Hearn Ozment. Next to her is her brother George Foster Ozment. The two small children are William L. Ozment's children by his second wife, Julia Ann Irvin, who is holding the portrait. It is unsure who the large woman seated to the right of the portrait is or the man standing behind her. Branson C.
